"Path Tools -> Translate P" equivalent in PC SDK or RobotStudio SDK

Is there a way to program a path translation in C#? I would prefer to use the RobotStudio PC SDK, but if I have to use a module that is also fine.

In concrete I am looking for a line of code to replace the button in the image.
