Suggestion: Tech Mode Max Orientation Speed

I have a suggestion, to add a the possibility to set max orientation speed in Motion Planer when the robot is in manual mode. This so you can run the robot in 100% in manual without the SafeMove system tripping if you have speed supervision points far away from flange due to big tool or big load.
