Remove Allocation for Network License on SLP Distrubtor

Our company has a network license for RobotStudio that only has 5 seats of current use available. I checked out a seat on a laptop that ended up being sent back for warranty repairs. The problem is now that laptop still has a license checked out, but we no longer have the laptop. Is there a way using the SLP Distributor to remove the allocation for that device? We are limited to only four licenses now until this can be resolved.
