Problem with PhysicsControl SC block

Hey,
not sure wheter problem I got is because I do something wrong or it's  a bug. I have created simple SC which is supposed to sense an object and change its behavior to dynamic. However when acivated not only does it leave a behavior of the object as it was but also it changes the behavior property of the PhysicsControl block to a behavior of the the object.
