Enable/disable IO device from PC SDK

An IO device can be enabled/disabled in RAPID using IOEnable/IODisable instructions. Is there any way to do the same from PC SDK?

Unit class in IOSystemDomain has a LogicalState property, but it is only a "getter" property.
