[Robot Device ProfiNet] A way to connect with RS Online

Hello,

We've got a robot with:

RobotWare Version: 6.06.01.00
  616-1 PC Interface
  888-2 PROFINET Controller/Device
  997-1 PROFIsafe F-Device

But I cannot connect to it with RobotStudio using ProfiNet(LAN3) network.

If I set its WAN IP in ProfiNetRange, we cannot ping it as LAN3 answer WAN IP is not reachable, despite two are wired in same switch.

If we connect Service to ProfiNet switch (to get One Click Connect), the CPU cannot connect saying two devices have the same name.

Is it a setting to change to allow LAN3 accepting RS connection?
