Robot Web services Preventive Maintenance app

Hi:
We want to develop an application for maintenance, the idea is to count the robot utilization time, in this way we can create alarms/alerts for preventive maintenance.
Does anyone has an idea which parameters do we need to retrieve to achieve our goal?
