ABB Play Button Acting Like Step Forward

The play button acts like step forward. It only executes one line of RAPID. I'm using an IRC5. HoldToRun is set to false. Any suggestions? I asked in another forum as well but no one seems to know: https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/abb-robot-forum/abb-play-button-only-executes-one-line/
