Integrated vision, combine brightness and PatMax
veritas

I'm new to integrated vision and needs to improve the jobs at one of our customers. They are having trouble with the robot colliding with nearby parts when picking. What I was thinking was to have the part inspected with PatMax with the condition that the brightness in the area around it will not fall below approximately 220. I added a PatMax position tool and connected a PatMax inspection tool to the fixture. How do I, if possible, connect a brightness inspection so that parts will not pass if the brightness condition is not met?
