Bleeder Overload 38501

Hello everyone
I have s4c+ controller and ırb 4400 manipulator.
I am new preparing this robot. My problem is , when ı pressing motor-on button 3sec. after, error bleeder overload 38501.
I change it bleeder resistor and current limit resistor but problem not unresolved.
How can ı solve this problem?
