Updating the world frame

We have a dual axis turntable (IRBP A250 D1000) attached to a 4400 through two of the external axis, and we haven't been happy with the level of accuracy that we are able to get through the normal calibration routines through the teach pendant.  We have access to some laser scanner metrology equipment and have since found a high accuracy location for the turntable in relation to the robot...  however I cannot find where to manually change the values for the world frame.  

In Robotstudio, I've been through the Configuration -> Motion  settings, and the only one that looks likely is the Robot Type, but for the first few settings it looks like this:

Where else can I adjust the world frame of the turntable?
