Do you have the single cabinet or the compact controller?

It's the compact controller, I have already tied in my ES1 and AS1 chain and they operator correctly. But for the love of me I can't find where to connect my E-stop button monitoring0

You don't need that, you have some communication with PLC or cell controller?Lee Justice0

Yes we are using a Compact Guardlogix 5380 safety PLC, connecting to the Robot using Ethernet/IP.

It looks like the terminals are not brought out to the front of the compact controller.
So you will have to remove the covers and find the X14 connector on the safety board.
If you are have the SafeMove option these will already be in use.

Hello,
I am confronted to the same issue. I need to hardwire safety output to a plc, but no such X14 terminal seem to be accessible in my irc5 compact controller. I am a bit sceptical about removing the cover... is it the right way one is supposed to proceed ? @graemepaulin

Thank you very much
