Timeout problem on ServoRobot laser

Hello,

Has anyone using the ServoRobot laser ever had timeout problems?
I get this error during the tacking joint and it's interrupts the welding process.
It happens despite the fact that the joint is clearly seen by WeldCom
The only temporary solution I have is to switch the machine off and on again

All help and suggestions is very welcome.
