Deploying non-RAPID module on controller

Hi everyone
I'm wondering, how to develop C/C++/C#/Python/Java module, wrap it with RAPID procedures/functions to call from any RAPID module and deploy it directly on controller without using any 3rd party hardware?

question #2 How to make https request from RAPID with generated json body and parse json response (all the certificates are supplied) ?
