Pickmaster 3 - Error 8339 - C0048411 - I can't find any information on this error

We are long time installer of pickmaster 3 systems and have never seen this error before.  Error 8339 "Failed to log on user on controller. C0048411 : The max number of connected clients has been reached. Login." We currently have 2 systems that have this error, both almost 2 years old. One of these systems locks up in this condition, pickmaster is still running and not faulted. When i tried to get on with robot studio, I got a similar error.  Any insight into this problem would be great. Thanks
