multimove 2 robots 2 positioners

Hey Everyone,

I tried a lot of atempts to solve my problem. Right now I am not sure if it is even possible in robotstudio.

What I am trying to do is the following:

I have a welding station with two welding robots. They are welding a workpiece on a positioner in multimove. the positioner is mounted on a turning table. There is a second identical positioner on the turning table. The turning table is in real life is controlled by a plc, that turns it 0° and to180°.

In robotstudio I ignore the turning table, because the robot control has nothing to do with it. Thats why in robotstudio I have two positioners on the same position infront of the robots.

What I want to built is a system with 4 motion tasks. 2 robots, 2 positioner.

Multimove with the two robots welding with positioner 1.

Multimove with the two robots welding with positioner 2. (In fact the movement is completely identical with welding at positioner 1)

Multimove with two robots and one positioner works fine. But at the moment I add a second positioner the problems start.

Is this something that is possible. Do you have any hints what I can try?

Yes this is possible.

As only one of your positioners can be used at one time, you need to active and deactivate them as appropriate.
