Filter Time Passive & Active

I have been meaning to ask this question about Filter Time Passive & Active in a Virtual Controller.  I have noticed that they do not work on Virtual Controllers.  Is there something that maybe I am missing?  If I setup the values for the passive and active on a real controller they work, but on a virtual controller they do not?

    never mind...I just found where I asked this question 3 years ago...They say the memory is the first thing to go when you get old.
