RS simulation with Oculus Rift S

I have a Oculus Rift S headset.

I would like to create an interactive RS simulation, where I can push a button or something.

I guess  I need to create a smart Component in VS, but I'm kind a lost on hov to interact with the headset. 

From ABB I have a simulation made for HTC Vive, where it is done. But I don't have access to that anymore.

Can anyone help me
