RobotStudio Baseware 7.0 Startup Error

When I try and create and new virtual Controller with BaseWare 7.0 in RobotStudio 2019.3 I get this error.  Any ideas?

    Try making one without devicenet.

    Hi,
    What was the robot model and exact steps?
    ("abb.robotics.robotware…" only exists in RobotWare 6.x and should have been added to a 7.x system.)
