Virtual Flex pendant is blank

Virtual flex opens blank after i see this error popping up. Any why i get this error?

It appears you have an error in system.xml file - line 7 character 77.

Is this the first time you have used this virtual controller/system?

This is the story,

I have a flex arc cell, the station has been built by ABB, Station was built with RS 5.15 and RW 5.15 , I now decided to get into offline programming so my RS is 2019.3 and I have RW 2019.2 and RW 5.15.16, We had issues with being able to add a weld instruction using the AWPP (2019.3),. ABB told me to build a new station with all the same options as in old station and then copy the Internal/RS from the new station into the old station. I did as i was told i now can add a weld using AWPP but now my Virtual Flex pendant doesn't work and I could not get the simulation to work as of yet. See attached pictures of errors i'm getting.

I have found if Write Access is given to RS before starting the virtual pendant app troubles are almost always encountered.

I do not ask for write access,all I do is click on the Virtual flex pendant in controller tab and i get the error.

I have not seen this error before.. could you send me a backup of the VC?
