What is possible with RobotStudio in VR.

I just received a new VR headset and would like to know what is possible with VR in RobotStudio. So far I have been able to move around the station a bit and manipulate the robot but only one axis at a time. I have seen videos of people grabbing the end effector and the robot moving accordingly but how do i set this up. Also is there a way to start up a virtual controller while in VR to modify robtargets. Lastly I am curious as to what everyone else is using VR in RobotStudio for I think it could be fantastic for training new technicians or operators.
