Coordinating a multi-axis positioner

Hello,

We have a IRC5 controller with 2600ID and 2 MTD modules. We are building our own positioner by mounting one of the modules on an arm that is turned by the other module.   Could someone help to configure this positioner for coordination?  Configuration from the factory was shipped as 2 MTD modules.
