How to use OPC?

Hi!
I'm really new to this, so this might be a walk in the park for some of you
I have defined a set of digital signals in the I/O Simulator. Some of them for moving mechanisms and some of them to show/hide objects. I want to be able to set these signals to true/false through the IRC5 OPC-server (and later control them with a PLC), but how do I do that?
