How to control flows made in Palletizing PowerPack?

Hi 
I am new to RobotStudio. And i trying to make a station that picks boxes from a pallet, to place them on a conveyor. 
I am using the RobotStudio manual, and the Palletizing manual for information. 

I have made InFeeder, OutFeeder and a working flow, using Palletizing. 
But i am stuck on how to control the flow in simulation? So i can control how many boxes i want it to pick, when to start etc. 
Further on i am adding additional InFeeders, so the robot can mix boxes. 

Can anyone point me to the right section in the manual, to next step? 
The flow/job works in Palletizing PowerPack, how can i control it?
