System Installation of IRB1400 M97A

Hi ;

We have bought a used IRB1400 M97 A robot with S4C sytem pack including arcitect software for arc welding. I have the original key disk. I have also boot disks (10 units) and 1 disk for system arcitec . When  I try to install it, first the system asks me for key disk and I inserted then  it asks for the boot disk 1 but this time i have seen such a message on tp screen " media file does not match with the key disk". So I could not install the system. What can I do for installing this robot. I really need your helps. You can contact with me via e mail.
