Setting up communication between Virtual Controller and actual PLC (Beckhoff)

Dear,

Is it possible to set-up communication between virtual controller in RobotStudio and actual PLC (namely, Beckhoff. I would like PLC act as a slave and have  EL6652-0010 card for that)?

Any tips welcome.
