Robot Web Services Localhost port number problem

Dear All,

I am facing really strange problem with my virtual controller. When I restart virtual controller or RobotStudio, the port number of Virtual robot is changing and I can't connect to my robot over REST API. 

The default port number must be 80. But it is changing strangely. 

I attach to small video which is showing the problem. You can watch the video on VLC Player. 

Do you have any idea ?
