Acis restore error 3015: 'Access violation' - when importing a .sat file

Hello! I can't import SAT anymore. What could be a quick fix for this error: Acis restore error 3015: 'Access violation'

    Could solve it with a CAD Converter. Something was broken in the Data.

    Now it is a problem again. Lost the trial of the converter.

    Do you have IronCAD installed?
    If so I know that have previously caused issues with CAD imports.
    Otherwise, I recommend you to contact the ABB support.

    I don't have IronCAD. ABB support is contacted, but they still have no solution yet. Seems like a complicated problem.

    Youn can try to convert in .STL with 3D-Tool Trial Version

    I know, but we don't want to buy a license of a CAD Converter, when Robotstudio should support CAD Import.
