Communication between IRC5 Compact and CTM Module
in IRC5
Hi all,
Is it possible to get communication between 4 IRC5 compact controllers and 1 CTM module trough a managed switch from Allen Bradley?
Because if we connect the CTM module directly to 1 of the IRC5 compact controllers the communication is established immediately. Once we try again trough the managed switch, which is configured as a normal switch at the moment, the communication is lost.
We use the following IP settings on the WAN ports of the IRC5 compact controllers:
- Controller1:
IP: 10.10.3.45
Subnet: 255.255.240.0
Gateway: 10.10.0.254
- Controller2:
IP: 10.10.3.65
Subnet: 255.255.240.0
Gateway: 10.10.0.254
- Controller3:
IP: 10.10.3.85
Subnet: 255.255.240.0
Gateway: 10.10.0.254
- Controller4:
IP: 10.10.3.105
Subnet: 255.255.240.0
Gateway: 10.10.0.254
The following IP setting is used for the WAN port of the CTM
IP: 10.10.4.85
Subnet: 255.255.240.0
Gateway: 10.10.0.254
Any help would be welcome.
