Hi

I am currently working on IRC 5 controller that has integrated vision added to the installed systems. The issue is that the camera is not detected by the robot although I have set the ip address of both the camera and the robot to be static IP in the same domain as they are part of a network. 

I can communicate with the camera alone through virtual controller on the same PC and the robot with the PC individually but when I connect the ethernet cable of the camera to the controller then the controller can not detect the camera at all
