Waiting for starting

Hello everyone,
Please help me with one idea what doesn't work ... 
I have one ABB robot IRB 640 M2000 and don't want to starting 


You can see in image waiting for start more then 5 min's and on the Panel Unit DSQC 509, Network Status NS led is off...
I checked the connection cables and is ok!
I observe the computer also doesn't started:

    Your boot image is probably corrupt.  Search for S4C+ corrupt boot image procedure.  You will need to connect to the console with a null modem serial cable and connect using hyperterminal or similar.
