IRC5 compact controller not connecting

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my IRC5 compact controller, after switching on the system, the FlexPendant initializes but it never gets to connect to the controller. It just stays in the same progress bar point as in the picture below:



Moreover, none of the LEDs of the computer unit (POWER, DISC Act, Status, NS and MS) are on.

I have checked the connector X1 from the computer unit and I can see the 24VDC between the pins, which made me think that the problem resides in the computer unit. However, I do not how to continue diagnosing further the problem.

If anyone can provide any suggestions/comments about how to tackle this problem I would be very grateful.

    i have same issue. I want to change system then later i am stuck same screen. Did you find any solucion?
