RobotStudio can't find LAN controller

Hi everyone,

I have big problems trying to connect robotstudio with the controller, I tried to connect via the LAN with a switch but robotstudio doesn't find it and then I tried to connect directly by connection the ethernet port from my computer to the IRC5 port, it did find it but for about one minute and then it lost connection. I tried to ping the Static IP from the robot but it won't answer the ping.
Any idea of what could possibly cause this? the controller do has the PC interface installed and I could connect remotely from my pc.
