Unable to connect to controller via ethernet

Hello,
This morning I am unable to connect to the robot controller via the ethernet cable I plugged into the service port. I have never had this issue before, but I noticed it happened right after I installed updates for my Windows 7 machine. I am using RobotStudio 2019.5 (64-bit) Version 7.0.8721.0594. I can see the controller is connected via the network and sharing center in the control panel in Windows 7, but for whatever reason the controller is not appearing under the usual "recent controllers" in RobotStudio. Any ideas?
