System I/O's

I wanted to get some info about the system I/O's. I have assigned Motors On Action to digital Input DI4_Motors On. And did created system output as well for status.  However, all the other system Inputs are communicating and taking over once given command from PLC. But Actions like Motors ON And Reset Fault are not handshaking (Appearing as "ON(1)", once changed from PLC but not performing the action) when i turn controller key to Auto Mode. I have tried it with cross connection and without cross connection as well All this information is in the picture 1-3.

Any thoughts on this?

Also, Is there any way to create more signals for the function mapping? picture 4

  • Make sure your signal DI4_MotorsOn have Access Level set to ReadOnly, then reboot controller. You don't need cross connections for that.
