Failed to install virtual controller

Hi everyone
I am trying to install a virtual controller for 3D printing following the instructions from the tutorial

But in the end, I got a failure message as on the screenshot
What am I doing wrong?
I use RobotStudio 2020.2 (64-bit) Version 20.2.9116.0, RobotWare 6.11.01, and 3DP PowerPac 2020.2
