Calibrate work object with vision

Hi,
We are planing to place IRB1200 on moving cart, which would be moved by operator next to the press, where it would be attached to the ground with pins. Then it would automatically calibrate work object with camera and started pick and place operation.
Is it possible to calibrate work object with camera attached to robot, with option Integrated vision? Since it's only one camera, is it possible to measure Z dimension, let's say with taking picture from different angles and doing triangulation?
Thanks for ideas

I never used integrated vision, but I would assume that you can measure Z just by the visual size of the object in the camera picture (in case the object has always the same physical size and shape)
