File Transfer - Access is Denied

Hello,

I am trying to transfer some files from my controller to my PC, but every time I try to do so I get the message "Error when transferring files. See output window for details." The output window simply states "Access is denied." I checked my user grants and it would appear I have full access. What can I do to get the file transfer to work?

    I used an FTP server to transfer the file I wanted, still unsure why Robot Studio wouldn't let me transfer files via the File Transfer option.
