FPS - PalletMaster Pallet Ware

Dear All,

I'm looking for informations about how to re install on a newest PC (Win Xp Pro ecc) all packages that were necessary with the FPS system. I've one customer that asked me to upgrade that installation but he's happy with all features and there's no reason to change to something else. I tried to install the TwinCat program, and it's Ok; I installed the PalletWizard and It's Ok; but when I install the PalletMaster I got no error during the installation, but an error when I try to run it.

The error message is: Failed to load control PassWord.ocx Your version of Pasword.ocx may be outdated . . .

Someone had found this problem before?

Hi Laurent, it's a long time ...how are you. I hope fine. I'm not more in ABB, but still I work with robot and now I've to re-install a system based on a FPS system Package. Was installed in 2000.

I've 2 question:

1) Is possible to install all the software (pallet Master, Pallet Wizard ) on a new PC not Windows NT 4.0 ?

2) did someone an installation with the FPS 3.0 with Irb640 M98 with an external equipment for the pallet layer ?
