Everything what I can find is 

RobotWare Machine. RW machine is the same is just RW?

ABB no longer provides RW 5.15

Go for RW 5.16 instead.

I need RobotWare 5.15.14 and cannot find it online.

Currently, ABB provides the latest RobotWare 5.16 only which is found in Add-Ins menu of RobotStudio.
You'd better contact your local ABB representatives for older ones.
