CNC CONTROLLER AND DOOR OPEN/CLOSE

I am new to robot studio 2020, I am working on CNC but unable to use the controller for CNC Operation like chuck Close/Open and door Open/Close
I am using Robotware 6.11 and Robotware 7.04
can you help me to solve this issue ?

    Hi,
    We would need more information than that.
    How do you communicate with the CNC?
    What is the problem for you with the signals to open/close? Is it communication issues or so you need help with the code? (In that case please provide your code so that we can detect what's wrong)
