RobotStudio event

3D Pinting Powerpac with External Axis

hi, i am using robotstudio 2020.3 version. Trying to creating the 3D printing robot IRB2600 with external axis Model MID 500. but keep having error to disconnect the MID500 for create the external axis when restart the controller.



I have select the controller option 623-1,637-1,687-1 When creating the controller and also from installation manager Select product > 3DP, and option>application (PrintL). 

i am not sure is there any missing step or setting to select. Could someone advised on this. thanks you..
