Flex Pendant frozen on "Connecting to Controller"

in IRC5
I am in the process of commissioning an ABB 4600 and the pendant screen is frozen on "Connecting to Robot Controller" when the robot is powered on. I have tried with different flex pendants but it still gets stuck on that.
Is there a way to do a hard reset on the controller without the flex pendant? Or is there a way to do an I-start to get into the boot menu with out the flex pendant?

Thank you!

An older post on this forum describing the same issue indicates that holding the stop button and programmable key 1 together while booting should reload the image on the FlexPendant (if you have a hold-to-run button hold that too). If that doesn't work, I would contact ABB as the image may be corrupted.0
