Machining PP to be used for 3D car chassis modeling

Hello to all, I know that we can use Machining PP for applications as polishing, deburring, but is it possible to use it for creation of 3d model of a car chassis that we would get by material removing of cuboid, as you can see in this RS insert? Thanks a lot in advance.
