RW7 Loading modules encoding issue

Hello.

I'm trying to load and unload modules from a PC APP with an 1300 system, running RW 7.1.0

I get errors with encoding. The letters ÅÄÖ is wrong and I read the release notes you have changed encoding to unicode. You have also added a new extension called .modx. 

I tried changing my module encoding to .modx and upload with robotstudio and the encoding was correct.

But I can't upload a .modx file with PC SDK because it only allows extensions .mod and .sys.

Please see attached exception I get when trying to upload a .modx module file. 

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I have sent this message to the Robotsupport team in sweden without any response.
