I have tried to simulate the BESetupToolj in RS 5.08 with an event that sets my DI when colission.
If i try with the SearchL instruction it works but not with bulls eye instruction. Is it possible to simulate the Bulls eye instructions

Yes it is possible to test BE in RS. If you use the optional argument:
BESetupToolJ jtBullsEyeAppr,jtBullsEys,15,tdMigDefault,
scanBullsMig,devBullsEyeR2,v100,z1,tWeldGunCheckRangeCheckBeamAngle:=45;
