does anyone know the difference between PrintL in 3D Printing Add-in and the normal MoveL command from the motion control perspective?

Hi Shuang,
PrintL has built in functionality that can be used to communicate with an external control system.
The following signals are predefined:
aoTCP_3DP = The robot TCP speed.
goEvalue_3DP = Relative extrusion distance from the previous point (the E-value in the G-code).
doEquActive_3DP = Signal is high when the process is on. Can be used to turn on/off the external process equipment.
Except for the signals above, PrintL behaves as a MoveL instruction.
You can read more about this in the 3DP Application manual on page 49.
