Backup failing to load

I am trying to load a robot backup into RS 2020.2 - but there is a selection box asking for 'TrackingExteriorBell - Original version: 2020.04.02.01' I have selected my RobotWare, IPS, PaintApplicationPackage versions, but I see nothing in the drop down box for this. I have emailed support - and they are saying I need mediapool files from the controller, which I currently do not have access to. Is there a potential workaround to get the backup to load?

    Make a backup from your current controller and use that backup to restore your system, if you are missing files from your mediapool you can load them with an FTP client. They are located at C:\Program Files (x86)\ABB Industrial IT\Robotics IT\MediaPool
