Issues with Palletizing

I have set up a basic project in Robot Studio using the palletizing tool. Initially this worked perfectly picking up and placing the pallet but then my system had a crash and when I open the solution the pick and place action happens but the pallets or box are no longer picked up. I checked all the IO and it seems fine. I have simulated these serval times now and I found there seems to be a error showing up saying "Tune values on controller differers from tune on PC The tune values on controller will be lost after transferring" this happens every time i run a simulation. Any idea how to fix this issue?
