DSQC 652 IRC5 compact second generation problem

Hello to all, please help with setup of digital IO board in IRC5 compact. We used dsqc 652 template for IO configuration, connected 24VCD from XS16 to XS15, configured one output on XS15 (output 12), but when we force in TP that output to 1 we got some strange voltage of 1.6 VDC on terminal for output 12. Teach Pendant is showing that both DeviceNet network and DeviceNet IO card are running, no faults. It is strange that NS and MS leds are off. Robot is brain new, just delivered, we had to wire it in order to install gripper. Thanks.
